Which courier do you use?
We use trusted parcel locker networks, including SmartPost, DPD and their local delivery partners.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
What if I don't collect my parcel?
Sometimes life gets in the way, and you forget to pick up your order. That’s fine, we’ve all been there. Parcel lockers hold shipments for a limited time. If your order is returned to us because it wasn’t collected, we can resend it. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Do you ship outside these countries?
Currently we ship to Finland, Sweden and Norway. We’re working on expanding to more European countries soon.
